Halloween

Halloween was a very busy and fun day. We started off the activities with going to Kimball's work party. It was fun to see all of his coworkers dressed up. I hope I can recognize them again without all their costumes on. They served lunch there and I brought Honey Pumpkin Bars for one of the desserts. Mmmmm. We had to leave in the middle of it to take my father in law to the airport and then later returned to the office to finish eating.
Here is Alli in her witch costume and Kimball and in our costumes.

Karma, my mother in law, also invited us to go to the Discover Gateway in the afternoon to participate in their activities along with my two nephews. It was really busy but Alli seemed to have a lot of fun. It was our first time there so everything was exciting and new. We also made haunted Gingerbread houses. Well atleast I made it while Alli ate the candy.

After that, the two of us went to the bird show at Tracy Aviary to their bird show. Alli absolutely loved it. She kept saying again, again, to see them fly from stump to stump. When the show was over I had to tell her that the birds hat to go night, night, because she just wanted to see them to keep flying. Then they had people throughout the Aviary handing out candy to the kids.

We picked up food for us to take home. Then Alli was ready for bed. I was so exhausted.

The next day we got together with some friends for a Halloween party. It is always fun to get together with them. Here are our kids.

It ended up being such a fun time now that Alli can participate in the activities.

she is so sweet looking! And I have to say, I love the little lion in the picture. His cheeks!

Discovery gateway seems to be a fun place - Brandon's sister takes her boys there with their cousins every once in a while and they really enjoy it - sounds like it's universal :)

Love the pictures!
