A year ago I gave birth to this beautiful baby girl. I was remembering back to the feelings of being overwhelmed the night before she came. Her delivery was scheduled so I had anxiety the whole night before. We arrived at the hospital in the morning where they got some meds in my body and then she came in to break my water. At that moment I started to freak out and said I'm not ready. The doctor and Kimball talked me into it and after an epidural and a few hours of pushing Alli was born. Even with her squashed nose she was beautiful.
I can't believe that she is 1. We celebrated her birthday in Nauvoo with all of Kimball's family. I made ice cream cone cupcakes with frosting with sprinkles on top along with some ice cream. She loved it!
Kimball and I are so grateful to have her in our lives. She is so beautiful and smart. She makes us smile and laugh all the time. She is Kimball's "Princes Cute Face" and my "Girly". We love her so much.

Happy Birthday Alli! Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. It's crazy how fast they grow up, isn't it? People always tell you it goes quick but you just don't know until you have a child of your own.
It was to fun to be able to celebrate Alli's birthday with you! She is truly delightful.
